Duties & ResponsibilitiesSee below for a summary of duties and responsibilities of the role: - Building relationships with both Owners and Tenants
- Co-ordinating maintenance work
- Liaising with both Owners and Tenants as required
- Shortlisting and recommending new tenants
- Negotiating leases and rent reviews
- Organising and managing home opens
- Conducting routine inspections (PCR's outsourced).

We’re Looking for Individuals Who Have… - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanour with a great positive attitude
- Driven, motivated and career orientated
- Proficient IT skills
- Ability to work un-supervised and within a TEAM
- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Current Property Management Registration (preferred)
- Current WA drivers’ licence
