Duties & ResponsibilitiesSee below for a summary of duties and responsibilities of the role: - Assisting our Property Managers in day-to-day duties.
- Liaising with both Tenants and Owners as required.
- Organising, managing and assisting with home opens.
- Conducting routine rental inspections (PCRs outsourced).
- Reception/general office administration support.

- Strong in interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships.

- The ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
