Another Night Of Success At The REIWA Excellence Awards
There is a fantastic buzz amongst the team from Perth Property Management (PPM) as our beloved Principal, Kristy Copping, recently took home the coveted award and title of Residential Property Manager of the Year at the 2021 REIWA Awards For Excellence – and it’s not her first time either!
Held on Friday 21 May 2021 at Crown Perth, our PPM team made up part of the 400-person crowd of Western Australian real estate professionals who gathered to acknowledge and celebrate the best and brightest within the industry.
The annual event has fast become a respected date in the real estate calendar, and according to REIWA’s CEO, Neville Pozzi, the exclusive awards night aims to,“…recognise WA real estate professionals who demonstrate best practice in their chosen careers, and who go above and beyond for their clients, the industry and community at large.”
We Officially Have The Best Property Manager In WA…Again
It’s not the first time Kristy has taken home the prestigious title as WA’s leading property manager. The 2019 REIWA Awards For Excellence was also a huge night of accolades for PPM on the big stage, as Kristy was recognised as the REIWA Residential Property Manager of the Year, and our agency was also awarded Residential Property Management Team Of The Year – check out our summary article here.
The 2021 award saw Kristy recognised as the best in Property Management for the second time, due in part to her outstanding service to her clients across Perth, as well as her leadership and contribution to the industry with mentoring and training her staff.
Additional to this, Kristy was the obvious choice for the prestigious title due to her ability to maximise the financial returns of her clients whilst minimising the stress of managing their properties, with a level of service that is unmatched within the local real estate industry.
