PPM Recognised as WA’s Leader in Commercial Property Management
Perth Property Management (PPM) were once again amongst WA’s award-winning agencies, taking home their first ever award in commercial property management with the official new title of 2024 REIWA Commercial Property Manager of the Year.
Hosted at Crown Perth by the Real Estate Institute of West Australia (REIWA), REIWA’s Annual Awards for Excellence celebrate the elite performance, professionalism and conduct, described by REIWA CEO, Cath Hart as "..the best of the best in WA real estate".
In a packed ballroom at Crown Perth, agents, agencies, special guests and performers gathered to recognise the industry’s finest, with REIWA’s CEO explaining the significance of the ceremony in showcasing the industry’s gold standard.

Our leading team in Commercial Property Management
Over the years, PPM have been recognised for several property management awards and nominations at the prestigious annual award ceremony, with both team and individual accolades in residential property management.
However, this year PPM took home its very first commercial leasing award, taking out the prestigious title of 2024 Commercial Property Manager of the Year. We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to our commercial team on this well-deserved honour.
The award was accepted by our Director, Vaughan Copping, who heads up our commercial division, whilst his wife, Kristy, manages the residential side of the business, with Kristy having also taken home several REIWA awards over the years.
