It’s been a fantastic year for Perth Property Management (PPM) as we’ve helped our owners and tenants navigate the turbulent and dynamic rental market with ease, confidence and assurance.
Whilst our owners and tenants are always our top priority, we’ve also celebrated some wins as an agency, celebrating some recent property management awards whilst developing our property management team.
With growth comes change and we’re delighted to announce that Perth Property Management has now moved into our new office space!
We are now located at 1232 Hay Street, West Perth
A New Chapter For Perth Property Management
The new move marks the end of an era of operations at our previous office in Leederville, which we occupied for 5 years. Having celebrated a series of company milestones, industry awards and happy memories in our previous headquarters, the time had come for a new office as our team had outgrown the space.
The new West Perth office celebrates improved square meterage with multiple break-out rooms and an open-plan format, perfect for our owners, tenants and of course our team of experienced property managers who work tirelessly behind the scenes.

An Ideal Space For Our Valued Clients
It’s an exciting time for PPM who are leasing the new office space and enjoying a fresh change of scenery, with the new layout designed centrally around client needs.
One of the major benefits of the new move is the central West Perth location, providing owners and tenants with accessibility and convenience. The office also includes multiple break-out rooms which are available for meetings with tenants and owners, providing privacy, functionality and comfort for our visiting guests.
Further to this, we have also installed a digital screen located on the front façade of the office, which showcases available rentals to passing tenants, and ultimately, helps our owners lease their properties with ease. With a healthy level of footfall in the area, the digital screens are already helping to connect tenants with rentals.
PPM’s Collaboration Culture
The new West Perth office enjoys a unique open-plan layout which is designed to offer an inclusive environment, where collaboration, innovation and communication are both encouraged and celebrated.
One of our favourite parts of the office design is the shared collaboration table, positioned directly in the middle of our property managers.
It is here where we conduct regular team meetings to ensure our portfolio is receiving the award-winning service that Perth Property Management is known for - as outlined in our latest blog Celebrating Our Property Management Awards: Both State & National.

Just to reiterate, we are no longer located in Leederville, so for all future appointments, please visit our new office location at 1232 Hay Street, West Perth.
If you are a current owner or tenant, we welcome you to pop in to see the new offices as we’d love to see you in person. There are great local coffee shops if you wanted to meet and discuss how we can further assist you.
